お正月のまったり感を過ごせた日の後は、
又、今日からしっかりお仕事です。

いつも思うのは、我が家の金魚ちゃん達の優雅な事。
特に尻尾の動き。水の抵抗と共に、流れるように動く美しさ！

私の仕事も、ただお料理を出すだけではなく、優雅さも求められる。

指先まで気を使い、着物での動きの優雅さと共に、お客様へのおもてなしを追求したい。
